There are so many interesting stories that Bill has found while working with circuit court files in St. Charles, St. Louis, Franklin, Warren, Jefferson, and Lincoln Counties.This FREE program is open to the public and will be at the Spencer Road Library, Room 112, 427 Spencer Road, St. Peters, MO 63376The program is free, but reservations are necessary.
