America250 Lecture: The U.S. Constitution, an Overview

Join us for a look at the structure and history behind the U.S. Constitution–hopefully to encourage further study and appreciation of this significant document.This event is FREE and will take place at Kathryn Linneman Library Branch Room A. Speaker Bio: Michael (Mike) Fagan served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) for the Eastern District of Missouri for twenty-five years, until February 2008, and was called back as a Special AUSA in 2019 and 2020 to advise on an international complex criminal case. He now consults on domestic and transnational criminal law and procedure, anti-money laundering, counterterrorism, intelligence, and emergency planning issues. Post-2008, Mike serves as Counsel and Policy, Risk, and Compliance Strategist for the St. Louis Fusion Center, the federally-funded state and local anti-terrorism effort.
