World War II Marriages
This list of marriage licenses were granted by a judge during World War II, where the waiting period was waived (because of wartime). Many of the parties to the marriages were not even of St. Charles County, so families elsewhere in the country could be seeking these records. The list was created from two folders in SCCHS Circuit Court records by Dorothy Hallemeier. SCCHS has no additional information about these marriages.
