Come hear a public reading of the Declaration of Independence, 250 years after the first public reading in Philadelphia!. 4:30 pm – Meet at First Capitol and pick up “mini Liberty Bells” for procession. 4:45 pm – Procession from First State Capitol to the steps of the St. Charles County Historical Society. 5:00 pm – Reading of the Declaration . 5:30-6:30 pm – Light refreshments and grounds open at the yard of the First State CapitolNO NEED TO REGISTER!
